Tuxedomoon - No Tears. The entire song is great; expressive, well-placed vocals, excellent drumming. This song is now in my top 10 favourites…it may even surpass Damaged Goods by Gang of Four…recorded in c. 1978…as I say, better late than never!

This one of my favourite photos, can’t believe I’ve not posted it yet. I cut it out of a National Geographic magazine about 15 years ago. Since then I’ve seen the Victoria Amazonica lily pad at Botanical Gardens.

Photo from an album I picked up at Spitalfields Market. I do wonder who took the photos and lovingly put the album together. The photographer is very gifted. I will never separate the photos from the album. c.1936
